Ministry Description
This is a warm and rejuvenating annual weekend retreat emphasizing inspiration, encouragement,
and fellowship among Tusculum women.
Leadership Description
The leaders of this ministry recruit coordinators to plan the annual retreat, overseeing them and
providing advice, ideas, and encouragement, as necessary. We ask leaders for a 1-2 year
commitment.
Coordinators' Responsibilities
The coordinator(s) of the Ladies Retreat are responsible for planning the retreat in its entirety,
including, but not limited to, the following:
Location/Lodging, Transportation, Meals, Devotionals, and Entertainment/Activities.
The coordinator(s) should solicit help from other women as necessary to plan this event.
